Egypt: A high profile delegation left for Uganda to halt the project on Nile dam

A 35 people of Egyptian delegation led by Dr. El-Sayed El Badawy went to Kampala Uganda to discuss with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on the crisis of Nile water and Basin countries relations.According to the Egyptian Arabic news website the delegation led by Dr. Mr. Badawi Al-Wafd Party statement the main reason of the meeting will focus on how to stop the construction of the new Nile dam by Ethiopia and foremost to stop the ratification of the conventions signed by the Nile Basin countries with other political and economic issues. Mr. Badawi, said their meeting with Ugandan President will show the new kind of relationship after the popular public revolution of January 25.He also accused Egyptian diplomacy and policy during the last thirty years toward Nile Basin countries.In this delegation of 35 chief political figures and youth revolution members participate, including: Dr. El-Sayed El Badawy Al-Wafd Party and Hisham Bastawisi, Ayman Nour, Hamdeen Sabahi candidates for the presidency, Abdel-Hakim, Gamal Abdel Nasser, Osama Ghazali Harb, the party front, George Isaac, a leader of the adequacy and Hussein Ibrahim, the leading the Muslim Brotherhood, Dr. Mohamed Ghoneim, Alaa Abdel Moneim, Minister of Human Rights in the Shadow Government Wafd Party and member of the People’s Parliament, Mustapha El Gendy Minister of African Affairs in the cabinet of Wafd shade and a member of the People’s Parliament and a number of youth revolution of January 25.
